Top Female Blues Artists

Is there ANY way to identify this song?

I am pretty sure that this is completely hopeless. I have only a tidbit of a song in my head. It was released within the past three years. It is by a female artist (who??) about breaking up with a guy (maybe). It is upbeat with a quick, choppy rhythm. I want to say that is involves blue in the title or in the lyrics (but who knows). This song was very popular (maybe on top 40), but I can’t remember enough of the song to actually remember the song. I only have a short recurring memory of the rhythm, but I thought I would try this out. If you have any suggestions, or wild guesses for that matter, send them my way. Maybe I will figure it out eventually.

Was is “Hit ‘em up style (Oops!)” by Blu Cantrell? It came out in 2001, check out the lyrics
